We have a dedicated customer service team who offer high quality support and are trained to handle all queries and requests for information. Home Assessment and Demonstrations
Our free, no obligation demonstrations are designed with you in mind. Our trained staff are very friendly and assess your needs and provide the correct products. We do not use the 'hard sell' tactics associated with many companies who advertise in national newspapers.

Servicing and Repair
Regular servicing of your equipment is essential to ensure prolonged life of your product. Through our professionally trained engineers we can offer  a fast efficient but also economic service.


We have a dedicated repair centre, which has the capabilities and facilities to service and repair most makes of Stairlifts, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, etc.
All of our work is guaranteed and is done in a timely and professional manner. We understand that the independence gained from mobility equipment is very important to our customers and that repairs need to be completed quickly, professionally and efficiently.

Stair lift Rentals
We have a wide range of straight Stairlifts that can be rented, subject to availability. This is ideal for customers who do not need a stairlift for a long period of time.  Typically the rental is £10 per week plus a fitting charge. Call for details.

Wheelchair hire
We also hire out wheelchairs. Subject to availability wheelchairs can be hired for any period of time To hire a wheelchair we require a £50 refundable deposit. The hire rates are typically £20 per week.

Scooter hire
We also hire out Mobility Sccoters. Subject to availability Scooters can be hired for any period of time. To hire a Mobility Scooter - click here. The hire rates are typically £20 per week. All scooter hire rates are based upon a long term hire in association with the Motability scheme.
